does anyone no of anygood foods that help speed up ur metobolism? And I have a another queastion, if u were really hungry but there was nothing healthy to eat, only like pizza and you no your not going to eat till a lot later, should wait to eat something healthy even though it could be a few hours, or should you eat the pizza?

Drink a bunch of water or something liquid with not a lot of calories. It'll keep your tummy full!

There is no magic food or anything, you just have to eat healthily, and exercising will boost it! But that isn't food, but it is HIGHLY recomended!

The best way to speed up your metabolism is to eat a little bit every three hours. And I stress a little bit. It keeps your body pumped with energy and running throughout the day. Although technically speeding up your metabolism in the long run isnt the greatest cause it makes you age faster too... Oh and one pizza slice won't hurt.
