OK guys i need tons of help , i weigh around 185 and i wanan loose at least 15 to 20 pounds before july , maybe more. I need tips , what excersize can i do? what can i do to tone my thighs? HELP PLEASE

The great thing about looseing weight is that it targets your trouble spots the best. If you have a fat bum, that will be the first thing to slim down because it has more fat on it then other spots. I sugest you go on a diet, (obviously) and go running reguarly. Try to lift weights and to pilates also. That tones you up nicely.
