hey well i need help my younger sister who is 12 years old i over weight i want to help but i dont know how shes 5,3 and weighs 150 pounds we go for jogs sometime but thats it and she also eats healthy no junk food please help!!!

ignore what the person below me said. unless you're sister also wants to lose weight, it's not going to be very succesfull. try having something healthy for b-fast (fruit, or cereal *healthy kind*) then IF and only IF you're hungry later, you can have fruit or something else healthy, then a salad or sandwhich for lunch, again only another snack if you're hungry, then something healthy for dinner (no frozen dinners or candy, ect) and desert isnt really good, so have her stay away from stuff like that. good luck to you/your sister xoxoxoxojewelzxoxoxox
