okay pizza is the only thing my school has that i will actually eat. I dont want my friends to nkow im trying to lose weight so i cant brig my lunch or they will know. so for lunch i used to have 1 pc. pizza, 1 lg. pop and chocolate candy. now im eating 1 pc. pizza, 1 big bottle of water, grapes and carrots. Can i lose wieght if i eat the pizza as long as i weat these other very healthy things???
Reply from elise, Age 13 - 05/08/05 - IP#: 67.176.247.xxx that's totally ok. just eat more of the healthier things for the rest of the day and you'll do fine. also take off the pizza grease. if they ask why then tell them because it looks digstusting and show them the greasy napkin. trust me, they'll probbably take the grese off then too. what i do is eat fruit for breakfast, eat sandwich, chips, candy, and water 4 lunch, and then eat healthy with veggies for dinner. i still lose weight.
