hey yall..
just got back from the grocery stores. i bough a smart ones breakfest thing. 210 cals, 5 grams of fat. is this ok?? ill prob. have it w. fruit for brek.

You NEED calories and fat to live. You must include them in your daily diet. When you eat, the calories help you burn more fat. They get your metabolism going. Restricting calories to a very little ammount a day restricts your metabolism too. I think that's very good for breakfast, since that should be the meal with the most calories anyway.

i think u should just eat the fruit. 210 cals? that's a lot 4 one bar. u could eat like 50 strawberries for that many cals. ittl fill u up more to eat healthier things like fruit and veggies. try eating healthy dairy too like non- fat milk. it helps you loose your waist line. non- fat milk with strawberries for breakfast tastes so good!
