Hey ya'll, I weigh around 150 and I'm 5'5 I'd like to lose at least 25-20 by August 8th is that realistic or way out of my reach?, I tryed out for cheerleading for next yr. to see if I could make it and I got a call back thing so I'd really like to look good for it... My healthy weigh is 125 so, if you could post back I'd really appericate it, boys r welcome to post to if u have any ideas thanks!! Love always, Tiffany

Anne: Her BMI is 25.0 which means that she is overweight...but 125 is a great goal--that's my goal too, actually. I'm 5'6" and about 145-150 pounds.

yeah-you can def. do that. and by the way, don't mix up healthy weight with goal weight because you are at a healthy weight now whereas 125 is only your goal weight...
