hey everyone! i was just wondering if any1 has any good exercise ideas to help me lose my stomach and love handles and stuff. plz if you knoe of any good exercises plz tell me them! thanx

do push ups and sit ups everyday 3 times a day it will tone your tummy

Hey, some good exersizes you can try are crunches, 3 inch leg lefts. 3 inch leg lifts are: u lay flat on your back and gradually lift you legs until they are at a 90 degree angle with ur body, they gradually lower them until they are about 3 inches from the ground and hold that for about 10 seconds. Kepp doing that about 10 times. Another thing you could do is lay on your band and bring your knees to your chest. Turn, using ur abs to the left till you touch the ground then the right. Do that for about a min. do these with healthy eating and you will lost weight in those areas soon.
