Reply from julie, Age 16 - 05/09/05 - IP#: 69.177.238.xxx a good way to not eat all the junk is to simply not buy it!! instead, think of what your favorite cereal or snack is, and then find something that tastes simaler that is healthy (ex.- strawberry ice cream>strawberry yogurt). as for cereal in the morning, either have a bowl of fruit salad instead or have a small bowl of a healthy cereal (ones that aren't sugary and have like oats and dried fruits) ~good luck~

The suckers now now i dont have to even say anything about those. if you must do what i do no candy but once a month you might need to start with once a week. When you do get candy have one peice a serving size. That means a fun size candy bar a a 5stick pack or gum. or 2 cookies.
