hey guys! so this is what i ate today; breakfast: a bowl of cereal and a half of a luna bar, lunch: an apple, a plate of salad, then when i came home i ate another bowl of cereal, some chicken and string beans ... its alot of cereal (carbs) i kno, but other than that do you think it was okay? what could i eat instead? thanks soo much!

I think you did a good job.. Don't worry about all the carbs.. just exercise.. cutting out everything will make you sick.. GOOD JOB.. :) <3
