hi guyz i just wanted to see how i did today. i have been slackin off on my diet and i need to bring it back togetha. ok.. breakfast: kudos bar(i kno, there are many great choices, but i was on the go):110 cals Lunch: half roastbeef sandwich, capri sun, gold fish: 400 cals snack: granola bar: 110 cals, dinner: speghetti, salad, milk: 600 cals. how did i do today? i have to get in the the swing of things...also i danced with music in my basement 4 a while! total cals: about 1220. i will eat a little more calz tomorrow.. thankz 4 listenin!!!!!

u should add more fruit and veggies!! but other then that ur doin great!
