Hey guys. I really need to lose a little bit of weight in two weeks... prom. eek. so today i had a few tator tots for lunch..(which was around 10 AM cause i have lunch in school really early) came home ate a conoli and then later on a salad with turkey in it and an ear of corn for dinner. i drank A LOT of water all day and i just got finished dancing to a techno cd i have which really makes you move..for about 45 minutes.. mixed with some kick boxing. i'm 16 and weigh 140. my big problem area is my stomach.. if you think i keep this up and maybe add some running to this.. and eat like i do.. do you think i'll lose a lot of weight before july ? around 15-20 i want.. thanks for your help... :)

good job!!!!!! I think if you put your mind to it you could lose more than that if you do it everyday.

also, instead of tater tots you should have a salad (LIGHT on the dressing) or a sandwich (ex would be turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomatoe, wheat bread, if you want a little mayo)

you need to take out the canoli and add fruits, a salad was great, but you should have maybe some fruit for breakfast.
