hey everone...just wondering if you think 5 mini meals will be better than the 2 to 3 that i'm eating, no matter what i'll be having 1200 cals, it just seems like i like eating the large meals so that peopel wont be like, "your not eating anything!!!" if i'm haivng a mini meal at supper do you know wha timean?! help!! does it really make a differenc?E

Yes it does. Eating every couple of times is the best way to lose weight. Meaning eating around 5 times a day is better, and of course in small proportions. It keeps your metabolism 'pumped' and running throughout the day and is the best way to lose weight if you're doing it the healthy way. Good luck.
