hey, i aint did so well 2day......bfast-low fat yoghurt, snack-packet of chewits, lunch-ham salad roll with a little mayo, snack-chocolate muffin and tea- mashed potato wiv cheese, leek and bacon in it. can sum1 plzzz suggest a way tht i can cut out the snacking but i jus get so hungry especially at skool! help!!! thnx x

Stop eating packaged food. It doesn't matter if its low in fat or what not. Try making better choices like a fruit instead.
