hey everyone im 210 and 5"6 and i was wondering if you guys can tell me which fruit are to high in sugar and if its not a good idea to eat a lot of them? and any other good things that are ok to snak on like nature valley granola bars?? and stuff like that.

Uh... clearly most the people on this page don't know much about proper nutrition. There are fruits that you can have a lot of and some you should have less of, for example, grapes are high in calories. All in all, enjoy your fruits and veggies. The best thing to do is maybe look up certain kinds. I mean its not as though you're gonna have a mango everyday or something, so just look it up on the four food groups.

you should eat what kind of fruits you like put eat only a small portion of them. Then workout for about an 1 hour each day....if you want to talk and have aim my sn is sarabeara2340
