Hey im new.....my name is jessica and i need sumone to help me.....okay my situtation....I LOVE FOOD!And im like 20 pounds overweight and i would really love to get down to about 140 and im going to the beach in 3 weeks (May 29- June 4th) and i need to lose AT LEAST 10 pounds if not more by then! im xtremly picky about the foods i eat and i need help!

oh and i forgot about exersize lol. if you hate exersize, then walk for 30 minutes a day. (to make it fun, you could listen to music on headphones). if you dont mind exersize then you could run for 30 minutes a day. participate in gym class. if you're going to a friends house nearbye, walk instead of driving. instead of using elevators use the stairs. and get out as much as you can. you can get exersize on trampolines, bikes, roller blading, swimming, or just walking the dog. you can also do exersize videos for the days that its raining out or freezing. and dont hesitate to do more than 30 minutes of exersize a day either. DONT push it, but when you're running and just want to walk, push yourself to run for maybe 10 more feet. as you keep doing more exersize, you could make it 20 more feet, or maybe aa minute or 2.

ok well first set a goal of what you want to weigh a month from now (remember that a healthy amound to lose would be 1-2 lbs a week). if you'rea person who loves soda, try flavored seltzer water or plain water instead. if you like icecream a lot, have frozen or regular yogurt. keep away from eating junkfood like fries, candy, cheesburgers, pizza, ect. for lunch, a good thing to eat would be a salad with little or no dressing. when you're hungry and its not a meal time, before you have a snack drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes. if you're still hungry then have some fruit of veggies instead. good luck im here everyday if you need it xoxoxoxjewelzoxoxo

im 5'9 1/2 180 and today i ate..... cereal for breakfast lunch-grilled chicken with brown rice and applesause snack-granola bar! i would really love for yea to help me if you could

You know... Its interesting to see that people become 'seriouse' about losing weight when summer comes around. Seriously hun, who cares how long it takes to lose the weight. You're doing it for yourself. Not for anyone else, remember that. All in all Just eat healthier and do some cardio. You maybe able to lose 10 pounds by then. Let me stress... MAY as long as you stay motivated.

i'll help you, but first give your stats (age, height, weight). and what you normally eat in a day.
