if youre looking for fun ways to exercise, raid your video closets. most of you guys will have at least one person in your family who went through a exercise video craze. i found 7 or 8 areobics videos and toning videos from the 80's that are really fun. sweatin to the oldies no matter how funny it seems really is kinda fun and not boring .... just a thought.
and btw i weighed myself today after 2 weeks and ive lost 12 lbs!! YaY! i know that is almost too much to be healthy but its my first weeks and youre supposed to lose a lot fast at first or so ive been told. and ive talked to my doctor.... so. lol. but i was way happy.

ya i totally get that since this is my first like week that i will have lost a lot more. what i did i know this is bad ... was eat only a 1000 calories a day and then exercise for like 15 minutes. but this week im gonna let myself eat 1200 to be healthy and then exercise for an hour. and i stopped drinking soda, cut back on carbs and sugar. and lots of water.

Yeah... usually its a lot of water weight and such. THe true "struggle" is about to begin. Just don't lose hope!
