Reply from Missy, Age 13 - 05/10/05 - IP#: 66.44.160.xxx I am not so experenced on this so much but i do know some stuff that might help you : luges (if you dont know what they are just ask) you can also try standing on steps just your toes and lift up and down like 15 times then do it again talk to ya later :)
