in 1 moth i lost about 15 pounds (195-180) but im starting to stop losing weight...maybe because my body is more used to it. Also, i was wondering if it is ok to eat less than 1000 a day, sometimes through the whole day i only eat like 600 calories, then sometimes i eat up to 1000...am i eating enough? sometimes i get hungary but i usually wait until dinner to eat...any tips to eat more with little calories, any foods that are good? thanks

1000 calories isnt alot at all...i try to eat around 1,500 or less...it all depends on how much you work out...on the days i know i cant work out or if i dont have track, i try to cut back on my calories!

The more weight you lose, the harder it is to lose more. I would say you aren't eating enough. 1000 is a very low number. Remeber you need calories to boost your metabolism too. Eat breakfast.
