I have a special event coming up here in about 4 1/2 weeks and I really want to get my arms in shape for the top I'll be wearing. What would you suggest for getting rid of some flab...I know probably weights, but how much, what kind, how long a week? Anything else that may help, please feel free to suggest. Thanks all.

umm well if you get lil 5-10 lb weights and do aeorobics with them...or even just do different lifts then you will def see a difference in your arms! if you do aerobics, then use them like 20 min a day and if your liftin, do 3 sets of 10 or 15! good luck!
