OK....so tell me how i'v done so far today...okay breakfast* fat-free strawberry yougurt lunch*grilled chicken salad and fat free applesauce snack* 2 pieces of hieners 35 whole wheat bread! its only 3:15 so i haven't had dinner yet but ill post! im gunna go walk a mile! oh yeah and iv drank 2 bottles of water 2day! how'd i do???
