Tpday i am really proud of myself. For brunch i had 4 pcs. of cucumber then for lunch i had a lowfat ham,lettace and cheese sub that i made and i had a full orange and a bottle of water. After school i had a banana and anature vally ogurt granola bar which has kinda alot of sugar but it was yummy and for dinner i am going to have steak and shrimp shishkabobs (sp?) and veggies. Then i will lift weights and take a 20 minute bike ride is this good or what?

you need to make sure that you're eating enough calories- from what you posted it loks like everything you'
re eating is extremely low in calories and you might not be getting enough to sustain your muscle mass

yeah dont worry about it. all fruit has alotta sugar, but its natural sugar and not all that processed crap. so its ok. i eat bananas all the time. there fine. just dont eat like 20 thousand a day

well i fink thts ok but insted ov a banana hav an apple or sumhin, bananas hav a lot ov sugar in them
