This is direscted to Katie age 14 who wrote "if you know so much about losing wieght then why are u are you over weight?" DUH! the answer is obviously because i am taking these things in to my new lifestyle. I dont need to lose 40 lbs before i know what is a smart and stupid choice in eating.

if we didnt give advice then well we'd all just be moaning and no1 would get anywhere and weight loss isnt easy so she shouldt say stuff like that U TELL HER :)
