Hey has any one tried or used that trim spa pill or any other pill and if so does it work and how much wieght did you lose and please i dont need any one telling me the risks and how bad they can be for you just looking for info on the subject at hand thanks any and all replys

I took trimspa and it helped my appatite a little not alot but you dont really need pills just whatever you usually eat try to eat only half of that and then drink losta water.....but in conclusion lol trimpsa didn;t work FOR ME
