Reply from Camille, Age 17 - 05/13/05 - IP#: 70.81.187.xxx You have to eat breakfast one hour after you wake up, then you eat small meals every three hours and stop eating three hours before going to bed. I've never tried it, I don't think it would work any better than just ordinary healthy eating.
