hey i did okay but not great.....ok here it goes brek-a homemade waffle w/ fruit and organge juice lunch-grilled cheese sandwhich w/ a tomato,salad, and like a large handfull of chips (i no bad) then for snack i had yogurt (90 cals) and for din din i'm having ceral w/ fruit....i wlked on the beach w/ my friends today. so thats it.....gtg take a shower now..toodles

well it'd be a lot smarter to replace a lot of those unneaded carbs with more veggies
