hey i tip for every 1 who is losing weight out there...DRINK TONS OF WATER it really works i lose 3 pounds this week from gulping it down......u may have to go to the bathroom alot cuz ur drinking more then a humpback whale...but believe me its worth it!!

Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/14/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx just for everyones info.- a lot of times when you feel really hungry, your just slightly dehydrated but it makes you feel hungry. since food has some water, but barely any, youll just keep eating and eating until you get the water you need. and thats after a lot of additional calories.
