i decided im gonna right down everything i eat with the cals/ fat/ sat. fat/ and sugar, and so at the end of the day i can like, evaluate what i did to see what i should do better the next day

Hey thats exactily what I do. I try to eat around 1200 to 1400 calories a day. I actuily just started my diet plan today. I'm not going to weigh myself untill June 2nd! Hopefully I do good. But ya, I only count calories but thats good that your counting the fat and sugar content too! Good luck.
