it depends on your level of fitness- i really like the live series because they don't get as boring as his other tapes and they're an hour long with REAL people doing the exersizes with you.(all taebo is billy blanks- he made it up)

the billy blanks one (like we do in gym) they have likje special fat burning ones..there wicked good for you
