hey guys. i did really bad for lik the past week and im just starting over. so did i do good today? breakfast-granola bar, lunch-scrambled eggs, sausage pattie, snack-grapes, dinner-(kinda big) chicken and shrimp, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. did i do okay? all i drank was water. in all today i ran about 5 miles and i rode my bike for like 10 mins. did i do okay??

hey you did awesome................. keep up the good work............ but slow down with the dinner....... lay of the starches like the potatoes,rice, spagetti, ECT.............
