well..this weekend was not good for me with all the graduations i had to go to!!! they are so fun..but too much food! lol. school is not helping with my eating at all, cuz i cant count the calories in their food, i know someone is going to say, "pack your own lunch", but i tried it and i just end up buying more junk at this 'a la carte' thing we have so yeah. But, school is almost over. ONLY ONE MORE WEEK! im so excited. no more of the same annoying people! :) also now i can really jump into my weightloss because ill have time to exercise and ill be to busy working to over eat! this summer im hoping to lose 20-30 pounds! i hope i can do it! i live out in the country, so i cant run on the sidewalks, but i plan to jog outside on the dirt road, since the roads are in one mile increments. Then Ill know how far ive ran. Also Im starting this 8 week running program that trains you to run 2 miles! im exctied. well this is plenty long so c ya! good luck to everyone else!!.

that is GREAT im doing the same thing your doing school is going to be over for me in two weeks not one.. but i only have one actual week because the last week is final exams...im soo excited because im gonna have so much time to work on my weight over the summer..im going to lose 15-20 pounds and im going to excersize a lot.. running isnt that hard you just have to tell yourself to keep going and just think ..this is only for about thirty minutes not the rest of the day and you CAN TOUGH IT OUT right now i can run about 5 miles straight and in october last year i couldnt even run one! so it is very possible to run two miles and it probably wont even take you eight weeks just push yourself a little more each time you run and you will do great...i cant run until thursday because i messed up my knee by running on side walks (it has really high impact on your joints and stuff.._) so the dirt road is great well good luck!
