I just found a tip that might be interesting to you all. I've heard from a few people that doing crunches while you're trying to lost weight is bad because it builds muscle under the fat and actually makes you weight more and look bigger. I've found that that's okay though, doing a lot of crunches while losing is good in the long run, it will "eat" away all the excess skin as you lose weight. Just thought I'd let you all know that. Yah thats what happend to me. I did situps continuisly for a while and got a nice sheet of abs under my flab. Then I lost most of the weight I needed too and now you can see them. I still have ways to go, but its getting there. I've never experienced looking bigger or not loosing weight from it though!
