ill give an example of wat i have been eating in a day....1 bowl of easy mac, 1 lean pocket, a few starbursts or a cookie, french fries (medium size) and a normal dinner (so like 1 hamberger, or one piece of chicken with some corn.) i also drink 2-3 cans of pop a day but also a lil under a gallon of water...how am i losing weight?
