hey guys, i think i did pretty good today...i need some opinions though. breakfast-granola bar, lunch-ham, 100 cal pack, snack-grapes, dinner-shrimp alfredo, toast, salad. then i had a marachino cherry. i think it adds up to like 1200. im about to go to the gym and do some cardio and i already lifted today at school! did i do okay??
