can any one tell me how i did today, for B: kashi cereal, strawberries, and skim milk, Lunch: tuna on a wrap, light and fit yogart, an apple, and a serving of mini rice cakes, for dinner i am having a bake potato with butter spray(0 cal), an orange or an apple, and a breaded chicken breast fillet on eaither wheat toast or another whole wheat wrap with fat free cheese
