hey guys, i have a tiny problem. I tend to eat most of my calories at once, instead of evenly spread out through the day. i get home from school, and with in 1 hour period.. i have basically used all of my calories for that day! any tips on how to get me to spread my choices out a little? thanks!

Hey i also have that problem, it blows! Usually what i do is try to keep myself busy by doing other things until dinner time, sometimes i dont even go home. I also drink a LOT to keep me full, if i have to I drink enough to make me feel sick lol (without actually getting me sick). Yeah, sometimes I just cant stop eating when i come home:(

I don't know how to stop, but I do the exact same thing. No matter what as soon as I get home from school, I go right for the food. I'm trying to cut back and even if I dont lose the whole 15-20 pounds I want to this month, cutting down on my bad snacking habbit I know I will get somewhere and I'm going to work on this, trying to cut down on my food intake.

i sorta have the same problem. but i just go and limit myself to one thing between 100-150 cals then in like an hour or 2 if im still really hungry i eat something else small. drink a lot of water to take up some time,
