i just have one question for the people that lost like 5 - 7 lbs in one week. how did you do it? like what did you eat? i mean i dont want to starve myself lol, but what are your tricks?

Reply from Shay, Age 17 - 05/18/05 - IP#: 24.208.174.xxx ive tried to do that b4....it took like 4 hours everyday....i didnt kno it was disorder....i stil burn off like at least half everyday. and i lost 5 lbs a week but it only happens the 1st two weeks then i get stuck at one weight thats really hard to get over....i run 2 miles in the morning b4 school as well as some pilates then another mile wen i get home plus more pilates... i only run that much bc i feel like i need to bc track just ended so i feel like im gettin out of shape..plus pilates is fun & it slims you down foreal <3

And plus, usually when a person starts they lose like 5 pounds the first 2 weeks or so. I mean its not really that healthy to be losing that amount every week. As usual, the safe amount is 2 pounds.
