I'm 13 years old, 141 lbs. I want to lose 15-20 lbs. Any suggestions?

don't starve yourself, or you will gain weight, trust me I know. You're body will lock into starvation mode and start storing every calorie you eat. Eat moderately and exercise. Cut back on snacking if you can, you'd be surprised how much of a difference that makes.

how tall are you? your weight is probably fine, but its not unsafe to lose that weight. i suggest drinking tons of water, trying to burn about 300-400 extra calories through excerising 6 days a week, and cutting out any junk food from your diet (limit yourself to one a day or something if its to hard) if you do it you can probably lose the weight in 1 - 2 months good luck!
