hey i am 5ft 5 and weight 150 uggh. i just want to loose some extra weight for the summer i mean everyone wants to loose that extra fat haha . Well i was on the south beach last yr and lost 20 pounds and went down to 130. Since then i gained it back and realized that i should just cut down SO PLEASE tell me how i did today thankz <3 Sara
breakfast - lite and fiz yougurt drink thing
lunch - bagel and butter
dinner - half of sub ( bread - turkey- lettuce - cheese oil and vinigar
snack - granola bar
