how'd i do today? breakfast - glass of skim milk. Lunch- piece of pizza and glass of skim milk. Dinner- Subway Turkey with lettuce, cucumbers, mustard on wheat and 1oz of potato chips.

maybe you should eat a little more for brek- i think thats to few calories. and the chips have a lot of saturated fat and such. but its fine since you only at a little

it looks like i said 'lots of potato chips' but i meant ONE OUNCE 1oz of potato chips.
