HEY EVERONE. I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I HAVE HAD A BAD PROBLEM WITH MY WEIGHT. I AM 5,6 FEET TALL AND I WEIGH 213 POUNDS.I HAVE TRIED MANY THINGS BUT NOTHING EVER WORKS FOR ME. LIKE RIGHT IM DOING THIS LOW CARB DIET BUT I JUST KEEP EATING LOTS OF JUNK FOOD. WHEN I FIRST STARTED THIS I HAD LOST LIKE 10 POUNDS ON THE FIRST THREE WEEKS. BUT THIS WAS LIKE ALMOST 1 YEAR AGO. INSTEAD OF LOSSING MORE WEIGHT I GAINED LIKE 23 POUNDS, BECAUSE I USE TO WEIGH 190. I REALLY REALLY NEED SOME HELP, BECAUSE IM GOING TO START HIGH IN JUST 2 IN A HALF MONTHS AND I DONT WANT PEOPLE MAKING FUN OF ME. AND ALSO BECAUSE IM GOING TO HAVE A SWEET 15TEEN IN LIKE 9 MONTHS AND I REALLY NEED TO LOSE AT LEAST 50 POUNDS OR PERHAPS MORE. SO PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY BAD EATING HABITS. ALSO I GET NERVOUS ALOT SO THATS WHAT MAKES ME EAT MORE.
Reply from Emma, Age 18 - 05/20/05 - IP#: 63.157.67.xxx Instead of choosing a low-carb diet choose a low-calorie diet, that way you can still eat junk-food as long as it's in your daily calories intake. That works best for me cause i can still enjoy a candy bar when i want, just instead of eating three, just have one a week or so. Also, try doing some, maybe low-intensity, exercising, 2-3x's a week and after a while, make it 4 and then 5x's a week. Walking, running and jump roping are all my favorites. Well, hope this helps!!

So try drinking a lot of water. Also when you start to get hungry before dinner , don't wait, you'll just overeat.Just eat dinner. PS: I'm a compulsive eater to. I tried this and I'm doing better. Reply from lolabunny, Age 15 - 05/18/05 - IP#: 172.212.60.xxx hey i was just stumbling across sites and i found this one...now i've ost quite alot of weight recently and it was just by eating healthily....if you eat organic and healthier you are bound to lose weight, if you have a sweet tooth try having strawberries or apples instead of chocolate and crips, instead of triffles try natural live yogurt, have lean meat like chicken and fish instead of red meat! erm cut down on saturated fats! but have good fats which are nuts and seeds! oh yeah try avocadoes in salads they are very nice!! erm drink 2 litres of water a day, sleep at least 8 hours a day, try drinking a glass of skimmed milk drink fruit juices...grapefruit orange and cranberry!! don't try low carb or low watever diets they're not good ....hmm if u need anymore help just email me at theonli_sugaplumfawie90@hotmai.com
