iv noticed tht most ppl here do A LOT of exercise lyk everyday! im just wunderin do u actually hav 2 do tht 2 lose weight cos i am definetly not the exercise type! a bikini exercise and walkin the dog every day is enuff 4 me lol do i hav 2 exercise more 2 lose weight cos i am mostly stickin 2 my diet! plz reply x
Reply from Emma, Age 18 - 05/20/05 - IP#: 63.157.67.xxx I personally feel a lot better if i exercise at least 5 days a week. But if you hate exersising, you should start out slower, 2x's a week and just work up, it'll get easier.
Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 05/18/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx well you can lose a pound a week by cutting 500 cals for your diet, but you can lose a lot more by excersiing. so you dont have to excersice but believe me it helps. taking 10,000 steps a day is equal to a 30 minute workout, so just wear a pedomoter and if you need to get some extra steps walk a little more. even doing 30 or so minutes of excersice 3 times a week is better then nothing
