Ok. Here's the thing. I started working out and running for a while and then I stopped. I don't exactly know why but I did. I'm almost out of school for the summer and I want to excersize and eat well and loose weight for next year so I feal more confident. Does anybody have any tips and/or comments or just advice that they could give me for this experience. And how to get myself motivated and to want to do this.

oh and about getting yourself motivated ---> this website always makes me feel like a want to do better and also i love to read fitness magazine and stuff. it makes me feel like i really wanna try

well, basically drink a lot of water and eat healthfully. start running a gain. i dont no how fit you are by now, but start running for as long as you can, and build it up by like 1 min each day or week, depending how hard you feel like going. in a few months i bet youd be as fit as you were before
