missed it!
ok so my update from losing 11 pounds...yesterday I went on the scale and lost 3 more pounds so yay. I'm really happy..even if it's not a lot I know that a little bit goes a long way....:) I'm proud of myself.

hey I weigh 197 now :( it's really bad and I'm embarassed to say that that's it... but I don't look it, so it's pretty weird,its mostly my stomach that's humoungo.I started this diet on Feb. 15 and have so far lost
14 lbs which is gooood.
This diet was inspired by Oprah lol
do you know her? if not...you should watch the show..she's awesome! I saw an episode on her show one day about her diet and I was inspired likec razy hell and I knew from then on that things had to change... ok so anyways...
I eat less of course, small portions!
avoid all white foods...rice, bread...you should only eat brown rice and whole wheat bread if you want to eat those things NOT white ..the only white thing that's good is egg yoke, it gives you strength (so my mom says..) Also..WATER, WATER, WATER, WATERFALL....drink loadssssssssss of water, 8 glasses or something, and of course DROP THE JUNK FOOD (if you eat it..) Only allow yourself to a meal that you want to eat 4 times a year ONLY so like you can eat a burger...but like only once. And I walk a lottt and excersize is always key. Excersize can be tough and exhausting so just do anything..just MOVE lol as long as your body is moving, you know that somethings is happening in there. I like to dance a lot, so just put on some crazy music and dance. It may take long to lose the weight...may seem like forever (that's what I thought) but I check the scale every other week and I see the number going downnnnnnn so it's an awesome feeling! You have to tell yourself "Sara...I want to do this, I HAVE to do this...I CAN do this, for myself. I want to feel better about myself" In the end you will want to give yourself such a tight hug that your head might pop off. The weight you lose is always done with pride and you will feel so proud of yourself. I hope you start this diet, it's working for me....so it'll work for you too. That's a guarentee!
