emm hey, i was jus wunderin dus ur intake ov calcium affect ur diet in anyway cos i was finkin about takin a calcium supplement as i dont eat enough products which have calcium in them as i cant drink milk. if any1 nos plz reply x
Reply from kat, Age 14 - 05/19/05 - IP#: 66.183.177.xxx well calcium builds bones, both in length and strength, but other foods have calcium too such as: some dark green leafy vegetables (kale, broccoli, bok choy, etc), fish with edible bones and tofu made with calcium sulphate, also many foods are fortified with calcium like some brands of orange juice, bread, and soy milk.
