hey guys..ok so howd i do today. breakfast: fiber yogurt and kashibar (200 calories total) lunch: pria bar, 1/2 a sandwich, veggies and water (300 calories) snack: quaker apple cinnamon things (80 calories) dinner: chicken and lettuce in a wheat wrap with baked chips (300 calories)

oh yeah and i just got home at 7 and i still have homework so there was no time to excerise
