with 1,000 calories a day an hour of weight lifting every other day and 2 miles a day is it possible to lose 20 pounds by mid july?

Just make sure you eat healthy things, and you shouldn't be starving during the day. If your stomach is growling, then you are not eating enough. You will still see results.
