I started Winsor Pilates yesturday. It was really really hard! I did the abs video and 2day I am gonna do the bun and thigh one. Then, on sat. I am gonna do the fat burning one. This summer I am gonna be at a program called Upward Bound and we have 2 stay at our college for like 6 weeks. So I am gonna do winsor pilates like 2 times a week. But, we will be exercising there and I am gonna watch what I eat. Has anyone ever done winsor pilates? If you have, how much weight/inches did u lose? Thanks

I haven't done the winsor pilates series, but I have done a lot of pilates. I lost 3 inches around my waist doing a combination of that, aerobics and weight training. But that could be a fluke, I luv working out and I overdo it sometimes. Have fun tho, you will certainly build muscle.

I did Winsor Pilates last year, I didn't stick to the diet that came with it. I basically ate whatever, but I lost an inch or two from my waist in the month that I did it. I didn't measure anything else, but I was a lot more toned. It really works if you stick with it, I didn't just because I got bored of it. Good Luck!
