ive decided to go on the strictest diet i have yet.. i have to make a complete change if i want to look better by summer. breakfast- egg beaters fruit and maybe one piece of light wheat toast.... lunch- cottage cheese w/ fruit..yogurt smoothies... fruit... cheese stick...ww 2pt bar... any combination of those foods. nothing when i get home from schoool and then wat my mom cooks for dinner in a very small portion. ive got to do this. i want to be at least 185 by my bday which is july 12th.... starting june 26th i have so much stuff going on that i want to be 190 at most by then... if not lower... i have a trip the 26th- july 2nd for a thing with my chuch then i leave july 7 for MD then july 13 for VT and july 12 is my bady... softball is about to end so i gotta run and do DDR everyday.... how does this sound?

you dont need to diet just exercise eating light is stupid and unhealthy

Good luck with the new diet. Don't be too hard on yourself though if you don't stick to it everyday. And make sure that you treat yourself every once and a while. Tell me how it goes!
