hey, everyone ... how are you all? Good i hope :) Anyway... Is it healthy to lose 20 pounds in one month? or is it much better or more possible to try and lose 10 pounds in one month? I wanna lose 20 pounds by june 20th ... urgh too much to lose ... although i dont think i have to lose that much for my healthy range thing ... :) and another tip, personally i eat sometimes alot becuz' i get bored like today from 11 in the mornin till 4 in the afternoon i was eatin alot ... well more than usual then i went downstairs and stayed for a couple of hours... i didnt eat anything drunk loads of water. So i seriously think its bein bored ... so go have fun with ur friends... dance and rollerskate - my fave. excellant sport 866 clas in an hour if you do it lightly and skip ropes each day try to increase the number of skips... i did 150 :p not at once but yeah hehe alright i'll stop talkin have fun and good luck!

go for small goals, yes its smarter and healthier to loose 10 pounds in one month i shoot for 5 but 10 is fine if you really want too. just remember to eat right and exersize and you should do fine :)
