oh yeah, tip for everyone: weight yourself every friday and monday because your weight will encrourage you to good over the weekend and your weight on monday will help you over the week.

no disrespect-that might not work for everyone. it could make some ppl feel good and some ppl just wanna give up. for those who can't like me, just burn off what you eat so eat foods with less cals so its easier to burn. it take lots of cals to burn off one pound. 3000 something. good luck.

weigh ur self once a week if you weight yourself too much you will get discouraged

oomg lol me to..i weigh myself liike 54848 times a day..i no its kind of bad lol but i just like to see where i am..im trying to cut down on my scale time lol
